London is where Me & Henry began.

It's where Mark, our founder, lives with the real Henry, and where so much of the inspiration behind the brand still comes from today. In fact, before there was Me & Henry, there was simply Henry.

Our four-legged chief explorer, loyal companion, and the reason behind the brand name.

For nearly a decade, London has been the backdrop to our story. A city of parks, markets, rainy mornings, and weekend wanderings. It's a place full of character, history, and timeless style - much like the clothes we create.

And just like any good Londoner, Henry has a few favourite spots of his own.

Columbia Road Flower Market

One of Henry's most-loved Sunday adventures is a visit to Columbia Road Flower Market.

A London institution since 1869, the market comes alive every Sunday with more than 50 independent traders selling over 300 varieties of flowers and plants. The narrow Victorian street bursts with colour, fragrance, and energy as locals and visitors gather to browse the stalls.

Henry is something of a celebrity here. In fact, he's photographed by tourists almost as often as the flowers themselves.

Battersea Park

When it comes to daily walks, Battersea Park is hard to beat.

Opened in 1858, this beautiful riverside park is home to a zoo, boating lake, historic bandstand, and even a Peace Pagoda built by Japanese monks. It's a place where London feels surprisingly peaceful, despite being in the heart of the city.

Over the years, Battersea Park has featured in countless Me & Henry photoshoots and remains one of our favourite places to spend an afternoon. It's a corner of London we never tire of visiting.

Chelsea & King's Road

Chelsea holds a special place in Mark's story.

It's where he first lived and worked after moving to London, and where his career in retail began. At the heart of Chelsea is the iconic King's Road, originally built in the 17th century to give King Charles II a direct route from his London palaces to Hampton Court.

Over the centuries, the King's Road became synonymous with British fashion and culture. It was the centre of Swinging London in the 1960s and the birthplace of the punk movement in the 1970s.

Today, it's one of London's most prestigious shopping destinations.

At its western end sits Peter Jones in Sloane Square - the very store where Mark began his retail career back in the 1980s. Long before Me & Henry existed, this was where his journey in the world of fashion first started.

Our London

London continues to inspire everything we do.

From the classic elegance of Chelsea to the colourful charm of Columbia Road, and from early morning walks in Battersea Park to rainy afternoons exploring the city streets, London is woven into the fabric of Me & Henry.

It's where our story began.

And wherever our adventures take us next, London will always be home.

From London, with love,

The Me & Henry Team
